Once we learn more about your vision, we’ll provide a customized quote that better reflects the required level of preparation and coordination. This will be your the base rate to hire The Party Girls Orlando to plan and coordinate all the details leading up to your special event.
Custom Themes & Decor
Each event we create is completely personalized. Once hired as your planners, we’ll recommend themed activities and décor elements that align with your event style and guest experience.
Please note, the cost for these custom details is separate from our planning and set-up fees. Once the official planning and collaboration process begins, we can provide recommendations, ideas, and quotes for custom decor, activities, and third-party vendors.
Day-Of Set-Up & Breakdown
On event day, we’ll take care of the delivery, styling, and set-up — so everything is in place before your guests arrive. From rushed mornings to last-minute logistics, we know party days can get hectic — fast. Our team ensures everything is styled and set exactly how you imagined it, so you can welcome your guests with calm confidence.
We will provide an exact quote once we finalize your party details during the planning process, as that is when we can better determine the time and labor required to perfectly stage your event.
On-Site Party Help
For extra peace of mind during your event, our Party Girls are available to provide on-site support. Think of them as your behind-the-scenes dream team — helping to keep the party timeline on track, assisting with logistics, managing activity stations, distributing cake or favors, and keeping the event space tidy along the way.
This added support allows you to be fully present with your guests — mingling, relaxing, and enjoying the celebration without having to worry about all the little moving parts.
